Caregivers
At Shinning Star Home Care Services, we meticulously screen all caregivers before they are paired with clients to ensure compliance with our agency’s high standards of quality. We ensure that all our caregivers must:
- Be State Registered
- Have a minimum of one year of caregiving experience
- Test negative for Covid-19
- Be Covid vaccinated
- Undergo a LiveScan Background Check
- Undergo a DMV Driving Record Check
- Undergo a Sex Offender Database Check
- Undergo a Tuberculosis Test
- Hold CPR and First Aid Certification
- Complete required training
- Have Malpractice / Liability Insurance
- Participate in an interview with Shining Star Agency Staff
